Good Question.

I hope someone has a good answer. :)

(I've read about water's "memory" for years, and have talked to people
who've been cured of major problems by using water shaken at a
specific frequency. I've also read scientific reports (Rupert
Sheldrake and others) about some kind of water memory.

Also, homeopathic medicine uses this property of water extensively --
diluting poisons that would kill someone in minute concentrations to
the point where there isn't even one molecule of the poison in the
water: and the water is effective for a cure.

But I sure don't understand it!
