I don't believe this can be answered for your particular case. I believe that each of the 4 can possibly cure cancer, and 2 will be successful more often than just one, and 3 will have a higher success rate then 3, and 4 will have the highest success rate.
For any particular case it may take, one, two, three, or all 4 to work. I personally would spare no expense if there was even the slightest higher possibility of success.
