Use a search engine and find ozonators for aquarium supplies.  Make sure you 
find
one that is the corona discharge type, not the uv type.  Check the sota-inc.com
page to see what size ozonator and air pump they use, and purchase one of 
similar
volume.  Also purchase an aquarium pump of the correct flow rate, and silicone
tubing.  These can likely be purchased at the same place, or at any pet store.
Hook them up, with a flowstone on the output, and you are in business.
