Dear Terri, I take CS daily as a preventive. If I didn`t, I`d be constantly having a urinary tract infection, as I had my gallbladder out after Lyme destroyed it. Because of that, I always have diarrhea, and UTIs are common. Thanks to CS, I`m well. CS kills on contact with the pathogens. They don`t get resistant, as silver literally explodes them.
