Joanne ThomasonHi Joanne & folks,
Well my eating varies greatly in a complex routine based on seasons,
availability of "clean" food ( very hard to get these days) and would be best
described as Indian-based-Chinese-vegetarian with a bit of Japanese bits thrown
in (Miso, Pickled Seaweeds, etc )

Actually, we follow pretty closely the True Alchemic rules:
1. No meat
2. Lot of Home-made"Cheese" - actually the ancient father of Yoghurt - called
Kefir.
3. Lots of small Fermented bits, like Tofu.
4. Whole grains.( Real ones - biodynamic)
5. REAL homemade bread
Drink very little water or any liquid in fact. Not being meat eaters it is
unnecessary. No coffee, tea, booze, "drinks".
Really, an"ancient" eating style, I guess.........................

We eat twice per day and about 1/3 of what an average American or Australian
would eat. Surprisingly, it is still too much as my only weight losses come
from extra work output. :-)

Essentially, this exact diet that was eventually developed by my Soulmate after
I lived for many years on boiled potatoes (AND no extras), while trying to give
my body and mind a chance to fix the damage done by me & the medical biz.
When it became obvious that I was going to hang around ( 10 years after my 6
weeks death sentence) we tried to get some tastes back that I sorely missed. (
I was the world's greatest carnivore - I thought lettuce and such was
decoration! )
So a lot of it is really still to "feed the devil" ( for the tongue).

But it sure puts paid to your "normal" social life!
BUT - it sure beats being sick ....and dead!

As for CS - I am about to setup and produce it soon. I am not showing anything
very wrong at all these days, outside of physical/iatrogenic damage, but
Silver has a 4,880 year old history that I know of............ so a course in
it should not hurt.

The only thing I would not do with it is to continually take it- although most
of the list seems "addicted" to it!! :-)
I work mainly on the principle of removing causes.........
We have a session going on another list about pain and its place akin to my
view here....

Cheers,

John

  Subject: CS>question for John Rigby

Hello John---I noticed you have talked a lot about diet. I would be
interested, if you care to share, what is a typical days diet for you. How
much CS do you take and how much water do you drink?
  Thank you
  Joanne
P.S. I do not smoke or drink. When I was a young teenager my father bet me a
$100. I would smoke before I was 21. I wanted my money and he paid off.
