Ha folks,
Yes. Food really is the beginning and end of life. Nothing is
more important for longevity - but in those days almost anything
I ate caused great pain and distress. Blood loss was very high in
the worst days and it was over time that I learned what to do
from helping maintain a very specialised Cancer Research Group.
Early, I found that I could eat boiled potatoes - nothing else -
as I came off a major fast and tried to replace foods. What was
left of my internals couldn't handle anything raw or "improved"
except for potatoes, but it must be remembered that the human
body actually requires very tiny amounts of minerals etc and
manufactures most of what it needs, if given some safe basic
materials to work with.
E.G. In all my years of research, I have not validated one single
case of recovery from a Terminal prognosis, that didn't follow a
regime starting with literal detoxification (fasting).
The good news is that the group has over 800 people who all
survived death threats by simply following a natural program of
recovery.
The hard news is that many - most - people would rather die than
give up the "good life" that gave them their Cancer.............
strange but true. Something over 90 people in a hundred will
choose to die rather than "reform", literally.

However, this is the CS list so anything off-topic should be sent
via food4thought list.

Cheers,

John
