Dear CHuck, No....no...no...no....friends do not tell friends to use preparation H on hemmoroids. The stuff is toxic and besides that it is useless. Hemmroids are a type of varicose vein. Colloidal silver would only help if infection is also involved which it often is as the area can become inflamed and fissured. But the best treatment for this is to to soak some t-paper with Witch Hazel and hold it on the area or stuff it up there and leave it. If theere is sever itching, you can peel a clove of garlic and place it there, but having done that once, BE WARNED garlic causes hemmroid sufferers to do the "Mexican hat dance" for a while.
