Dear Nick, If you do not think that natural methods are not the full answer, you have not tried enough. There are hundreds and it can take a while to winnow out the wheat from the chaff. Most people who try alternatives and are dissappointed have not looked deep enough. They have no idea of the full scope of the field. It is incredible how many alternatives exist that are very effective if you know where to look. Your website you reccommend is a good idea as all progesterone creams are not equal. But there is that remedey, herbal remedies, like one that won an awared hereabouts called "perfet period." There are homeopathics, diet changes,. chiropractic manipulatins, qigong, accupuncture/accupressure, refelxology, reiki, magnets, casor oil packs, tia chi, osteopathy, aromatherapy, massage, and even yes..."gasp" prayer. BUt prayer has little to do with religion and has to be done right. You can't pray like this " oh dear heavenly father please make me or joe blow well or cure our disease....." more likely to reinforce disease that way. ONe needs to learn to act, think, life as if the prayer were already answered. and see onsself , live and be as if you were already whole and healed. To know it is to become it. And urine therapy my seem extreme but has saved lives of people at deaths door or at their wits end. A large proportion of surgery fails to fix the problem you had it for. Hysterecomies leave one tired and depressed.. Scar tissue and the need for more surgeries later is a strong possibility. there are the risks of death from ansethsia or from porst-surgical complicaions I think the death rate is from 3 to 5%. It is a gamble. Might as well go to Vegas, you have better odds. Most female troubles are due to bad diet habits. Too many estrogen mimics in the diet. Estrogen dominance plays havock with the body.
