Dear Marsha, I do know people that swear by the wild yam cream.- But it can be a slow process. The people that appear to do best after a hysterectomy are those who chose to keep their ovaries. Unless their is an ovarian cancer risk, I believe it is preferential to keep them in. The hormone balancing is significantly easier as well. Just an observation.
