Dear Tracy, I used to have hay fever and asthma all the time, I`d get really miserable. I`ve had not a bit of asthma, and just a bit of itchy eyes since I began CS 4 1/2 years ago! CS stops the itchy eyes immediately. I hear that CS boosts the immune system in some way, helping it to not overreact in the presence of allergens. Works for me!!
