Roger, We can not equate the arc process with the immersed process.
> And if that's the case, wouldn't your negative experience (i.e., > rapid droupout) with "immersed electrodes HVAC" mean that the CS quality > (particle size) will suffer? Roger I thought that I sent you a copy of the TEM for the HVAC ARC CO2 colliodal silver? That was made with only one #14 Ag wire 5" wet. The test I reran duplicated the TEM cs perfectly!!! The TEM sample was made on Sept. 8th, and is stored in a clear cola bottle and there is no sign of fallout in the five little feet on the bottle, which is setting on a shop cabinet top about 7' away from a 100 watt bulb. Marshall suggested that I make a run using 1/4" but I choose 1/2" as that is 1/10th of the TEM run. That run will be finished at 12:25 pm today. There are significant differences with this short electrode. If Marshall is correct then this should come out about 15 ppm. I want to plot the data of the three on semilog paper. It just might come out as a near straight line, and I will have a fourth point soon. "Ole Bob"
