And, get this, Cancer tumours have been shown to shrink considerably, and
even disappear with Selenium supplementation alone at up to 800 mg/day.
Normally we'd take 50-100 mg./day for health.

Several others, vitamin E, and alkaline foods (alkalinizing your system)
have also had profound benefit.

Brings us back to the whole vitamin supplementation question...most people
figure if they take a one-a-day they're getting enough supplements. WRONG!!

I believe that through a good supplement program 90% of people who will get
cancer would be able to avoid it!

ciao

| From the report:
| "Investigators have hypothesized that this toxicity is related to a
| silver-induced selenium deficiency that inhibits the synthesis of the
| seleno-enzyme glutathione peroxidase. In animals supplemented with
| selenium and/or vitamin E, exposures of silver as high as 140
| mg/kg/day (100 mg Ag/L drinking water) were well-tolerated (Bunyan et
| al., 1968). "
|
| Now we know where the glutathione peroxidase comment came from (the
| MD's rant).
