Hi Janet----I had an old herbalist tell me that if you take raw, unfiltered
honey, comfrey leaf/root and wheat germ oil and make into a 1/2 " poultice
and keep it on for two weeks providing you can get the hernia to subside
and keep adding throughout the time frame to keep the poultice thick, that
