Dave,

My brother-in-law weight lifts for competition.  He has been using it for 5
days and says he is noticing a difference.  His muscles aren't as sore but
I'll let you know how it is in a week or so.  He takes it before working out
and at night.

I know it has avoided DOMS with aerobics and it seems to help with fatigue.
