 This doesn't seem valid if one is taking CS.  In that case they should not 
get
 it at all.

Marshall: IMHO, it's not a slam dunk how long CS offers systemic protection 
(at most, an hour or two according to Ivan), if, in fact, it offers any 
systemic protection at all. If you, or anyone else, have evidence to the
