Sandra,
In answer to your question about making the proper dose......I will
clarify...............

It has been
suggested 1 ounce of .5% (1/200) in water... .just how much water is
what I'm confused about. Does the 1 oz. include the water or what
exactly does it mean ? Could someone please help me, so that I'm not
going to poison myself?????

this can be done in a variety of amounts, but I am going to give you exact
figures, that are realistic, so you won't be confused.

Mix one teaspoon of .5% Hydrogen peroxide with 32 ounces (4 cups) of water.
Then consume one ounce of that mixture with whatever frequency they suggested.

I don't have any experience with taking it internally, or with bathing in it.
However, I do have extensive experience with mixing meds..........and am
absolutely certain about the solution concentration that I have told you to mix
above (based on the information you gave).

I hope this helps,
Christiane
