Barb, Dear-- Because of the visible cloud, and the conductivity of the electrodes at a distance, I assume you're salting the water. Sea salt might cause bonding to any of its 93+ minerals. Colloidal particles should be too small to see (except as Tyndall effect) and if they're so densely proximate as to visibly nebulize, they tend to agglomerate. I just made CS machines for Xmas recipients, using only rectified wall power & constant stirring...works fine if you limit the running time to avoid very high ppm. You need? --Russ
