A single atom of silver (that has all of its electrons) is not dissolved. Only 
ions are dissolved silver. 

On the otherhand, you would be hard pressed to find a single atom of silver, 
since it would be attracted to other such single atoms by van der Waals' force 
and thus form into a particle.
