Tony: I don't understand how you reached any of those conclusions. I believe 
what you observed was hydrogen formation which occurs in parallel with the 
formation of CS. Why are you imparting special properties to the water? Isn't 
CS magical enough all by itself?

Does H or H2 have zeta potential or an 'angle'? 

Tony: I don't think so.

Does H get generated when using the HV arc processes?

Tony: I don't think so.
