Regarding the Malvern...

Too bad the instrument does not know that. I can easily demonstrate
measurements to less than a 1 nm. The person you spoke with is new with the
company and somewhat missinformed, it would seem.

Irrelevant in any case, since none of the tested colloids come anywhere near
that size.

The last time, you claimed we could not measure in the 2 nm range.
I imagine that the size plot of the 2.4 nm colloid spoiled that argument.

Regarding the TEM...

Since you have a vesting interest in the TEM, you will of course try to defend
the indefensible 'till your last dying breath. "When all you have is hammer,
everything looks like a nail" seems to apply.

Therefore, I am sure you will continue making TEM images of the silver oxide
that precipitates from ionic silver and calling the images colloidal particles.

We will continue to inform all who are interested, of the nature of such images
and why they really have nothing whatsoever to do with the colloidal particles
in solution.

Those who takes the time to educate themselves on the subject will soon enough
disregard such images as lacking in any scientific validity.

Regarding our choice of what to measure...

We stated our reasons for chosing what to measure and how we make the
measurements. We remain convinced of the validity of those choices.

Since all cs starts with either DI or distilled water, we feel there is little
to be gained by doing detailed analysis of the water. If you think it is
important, please undertake such a task and inform the rest of us of your
results.

For who think you can do a better job, please feel free to do so and share your
results with the rest of us. Talk is cheap, real lab work is not so cheap or
easy.

Lastly, in emails we have received off-list, clearly the overwhelming majority
of visitors to our web site have expressed gratitude and pleasure with what we
are providing in the Commercial Product Reports.

Let it be known that this horse is now pronounced dead!
