I have used cs very successfully in fighting herpes simplex virus. May I also recommend eating virgin coconut oil because of it's lauric acid content which breaks the lipid coating down of the virus. Also, eating rice bran which has something called araboxylene (or something like that) which has been studied to raise Natural Killer Cell counts. NK cells are very important for killing the herpes viruses.

The problem with herpes is that they tend to hide in nerve ganglea where CS cannot reach it, but CS will stop an outbreak cold, and will usually prevent outbreaks if taken daily.
