Re: H. simplex. I used to have two or three real nasty ones per year. Since starting on CS, initially LVDC and now HVAC, I have not had one. There have been a couple of weeks during which I did not take CS.
A friend with genital Herpes has had the same results. It may be that if you take CS long enough it will kill the virons deep in the nerve tissue.
