The "real tiger" was probably the "vaccines" for "hepatitis" made from Haitian blood that were administered to gay volunteers in New York back in the 80's, most of whom contracted aids from the vaccines. A big "oops", or a conspiracy? Only the gay population were targeted for the free vaccines because of an outbreak of hep. amongst them.
