Checked aquarium suppliers and found a cold plazma unit, an aquarium pump, tubing and flowstone. Assembled parts. Teh pump pumps air into the ozonator, the ozonator supplies the ozonated air to the flowstone that is submerged at the bottom of a glass of water with ice in it. Let bubble for 5-10 minutes.
