Depends on the specs. how much ozone does it produce a minute.  Bob Beck papers
have information on what to look for.

Not necessarily.  What happens to the O1?  Does it combine with a water molecule
and produce H2O2.  However the question really isn't if ozonated water
eventually makes H2O2 or not, but whether it does it immediately.  Frank thinks
so, I don't.
