Hi Duncan.  Your right, I did forget the B vitamins, and started taking them 
again this morning.  Thanks for calling it to my attention.  Don't believe 
the MSM is causing any kind of allergic reaction, and no temp today, so 
whatever it was might have taken care of itself.  Thought maybe it was some 
kind of herz reaction.

Bookmarked the web site for buying MSM.  Have been reading the minerals web 
site off and on this afternoon, and some good leads there.  

We used to make yogurt, and it looks like time to resume doing that.  
Remembering back, it did make a difference.
