Hi Tracey; The best thing to do unless you're sick is stick with the low dose as a nutritional supplement, then periodically or when you DO feel a cold or whatnot coming on, to whack it good with the colloidal silver at about a liter or more per day of the 15 PPM.
I've just seen an intestinal flu (major gas, diarrhea, very low fever) cured by drinking more than a quart (liter) of very strong (35 PPM ?) CS on an empty stomach very quickly to subdue baceria as far down as it will reach, then 2 hours later, 2 bowls of natural yogurt and some inulin to feed the correct intestinal flora. Rather than fasting for 6 days on clear liquids, the method accomplished a cure literally overnight.
