Chip; I have spent about an hour with Bill about a month ago in regards to his process. It is intended to make gold colloid.
I tried that setup for silver and it makes a very large particle size. When I contaacted him again about the silver problems he told me that it makes large particles. I have a gallon of CS with a bright red TE which I never get with the arc CO2 process. The process that Dr Bill Biagioli and I put together makes CS with a particle size of 1-2 and 6-8 nm with no T.E. not even in a dark room. I have the TEM to prove it.
