It is well known that when making CS, a needle of silver can grow
between the electrodes and eventually short them out.  Since the
electrodes of a pacemaker or defibrillator have a DC bias on them,
theoretically such a needle could grow between them if CS is present.  I
cnosider the likelyhood very remote, but without testing it is
impossible to say if it can happen or not.

We thus label our product to avoid taking it if you have a pacemaker to
be on the supersafe side.
