4. Chrone's Disease - If I'm not mistaken, this is a form of colitus which can be successfully treated with CS. Does anyone have any experience with CS and Chrone's Disease?

Of course diet considerations would help, especially ample fructooligosaccharides in the diet, such as Inulin FOS and the replacement of 'good' bacterial flora, which would also be killed by the treatment. Yogurt with bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus is a fair treatment, as would probiotics, but they don't make it alive to the bowel so well, so rectal retentive enema with the probiotic is an option.
