CS>zapper?

Hi guys:
  My son heard on the radio this morning that the FDA is "going after" an 
electronic devise that claims to kill parasites that cause cancer.  Sounds like 
the zapper to me.  Think they can hurt availability or production?  I am a 
little naive and a lot paranoid about this stuff.
