Hi Yvonne, I would try giving the dog with stiff hips Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM-My mother had arthritis in her hand so bad that she couldn't close her hand to make a fist. After about a month on the glucosamine she regained full range of motion with no pain. Have you tried olive leaf extract for the doggie with fistula? It worked wonders for my chesapeake bay retriever when he had a dermal staph infection. The vet gave him antibiotics for 30 days that didn't clear the infection. A couple of days of olive leaf treatment improved it, with full remission in about 3 weeks. It has worked wonders for me too! Hope your dog buddies are feeling better soon.
