Hi Chip-I've been taking it for a about 4-5 months now, I would say. At first my dosage was small because I followed the recommended dosage on the bottle (Innovative- 24 ppm-very expensive-about 1/2-1 teaspoon a day) but have become braver over the last couple of months after being on this list and now take about 3 teaspoons a day. I would drink several oz. a day if I could afford it. I have also begun taking a product called Etherium Gold (powdered) in addition to the liquid gold, which is available on the www, which also contains c.platinum, cs, rhodium, iridium, and chromium, so no telling what my real dose is anymore. The arthritis pain in my shoulder that's been bothering me for years disappeared completely about 2 1/2 months ago, at the same time that my dreams started becoming extremely vivid, esp. the precognitive dreams in the middle of the night. I've taken chondroitin and glucosamine off an on for the past couple of years in significant doses, but I didn't get the pain free results I have now until I introduced the gold into my system. Perhaps it's a combination of the nutrients and the gold, but there are others who attest to the gold's ability to relieve arthritis pain.
