Often I figure that someone else can answer a message better than I .....

Other reasons are information overload. Often I fail to reply to messages
from my best friends and family members.
And.... I am much better at managing email than the masses. I have 98
mailboxes. At one time, it was 125.
When I back up my mail software and mailboxes, the total bytes is over 350
megs ! Some mailboxes are over 20 megs.
Typically, each list and each person ( that I communicate with regularly )
has its own mailbox and the filters work to
put the messages in the proper box.
Still...... messages get buried and lost, and once every 5 years, I delete
one that I intended to keep.
Now I will tell you what little I know about your question..... which is
near ZERO.
But one excellent testimonial may make up for my lack or knowledge.

About 1.5 or 2.0 years ago when I first got into CS, my son was talking
about it to one of his girlfriends.
She was a student nurse at the time and worked for local doctor in the
evenings.
So..... logically ...... she asked her doctor, "What to you know about CS".
Here is his reply.
He said..... "A few years ago I contacted Rock Mountain Spotted Fever and I
thought I was going to die".
"I got some CS and was well in about 3 weeks".
I did manage to get his name and have it in my database, but have not tried
to contact him yet. He may very well be
reluctant to talk about it.
NO technical stuff. You have to know enough about CS to build your
confidence in it. Then.... you or your friend would feel like making an
informed decision.
One thing about CS, if it don't help the primary ailment, it will likely
help dozens of others. Then.... maybe the body immune system will wake up
and do its job.
