Thank you Dr. Brooks, but I have spent great amounts of money on special supports and they have not helped. In my daily work I walk on concrete floors about 10 to 12 hours a day. I have done this for the last 20 years. You are right that MSM and CS have no effect. So far neither does chondroitin or glucosomine. Taping helps but is out of the question in this summer heat. Ibuprofen is the best, so far. There have been times when they hurt so bad that I have felt I could not live that way much longer. I am heavily in debt from lost work time - I wish it were as easy as arch supports. I am much better now (mostly I am just getting used to it) and if you are interested I will keep you apprised of my progress as I try other protocols.
