This all happened this week.
Monday I made only 3 service calls. One was a house call in a mobile
home. I spent about 2.5 hours in this location.
There was a sick person there that had been sick for 11 days.
Generally, I don't worry about being in the vicinity of infected people.
Later that night, about 6 hours after leaving the place, I started to cough
and my nose started to run.
I felt like I had a slight fever and the muscles felt different.
All day Tuesday, I had a fever from 99.3 to 100 deg. Later Tuesday night,
the temperature was a steady 100 deg.
Tuesday night, I called the people where the sick person was and asked for
his symptoms when he first got sick.
They were exactly the same as the symptoms I had.
I made a 16 oz batch of CS using the phone line voltage, 52 VDC. Also used
4 drops of saline.
This was about 11 pm. Run time, 10 minutes.
When I got up today, 5 am....... my temperature was 98.6 !
Today I when out working a while, and I feel about 98 to 99% of the
usual really good feeling.
I have no cough and my nose is not running.
I did use a spray bottle and spray CS into the nostrils a few times.
I have no clue what bug bit me, or where it went...... but I think it is GONE !
Even though I keep a few brown bottles of CS, when I know I am sick, I make
a fresh batch and guzzle it.
However, a friend recently cleared up an infection with some yellow that I
made that was a year old.
