I think the reason that you have not gotten a reply is that no one has any idea what you have. CS for the most part can not be made stable with concentrations more than 20 ppm normally, and 50 ppm pretty well max. So what is the 250 ppm stuff? It is either not a colloid, that is large particles that will settle out and not get absorbed into your blood stream, or it will have something added like gelatin to keep it suspended, or it isn't really 250 ppm. You will find that near miraculous results are being had by people with CS of 1 to 10 ppm here. 250 is just so far beyond that I don't really know what to say. It is possible that very high concentrations like that could cause argyria. We just don't know.
I would suggest that you make your own, then we can give advise, since many of us have done quite a bit of research on colloids of lower strengths.
