Apparently regular ole tap water does also.
In my concrete slab, the hot water line from the hot water heater to
the kitchen sink developed a leak.
The concrete floor in the pantry was warm. One night I walked in there
with only my socks on and felt the heat.
I had to re-route the run. In a log house, that is a pain. But..... I
made it.
It took 22 years for that to happen.
