My daughter wants to buy a teeth whitener kit where you sleep with your
teeth in mouthpiece trays which contain a special gel to whiten them. They
can be purchased from a dentist or for much less money from mail order
catalogues. Her teeth look fine, she just wants them to be very white. It
seems to me that these would probably contain chemicals that wouldn't be good
for your health. Does anyone know if these are safe and if they are
effective? Also do you know of healthier, easier methods to get whiter
