And it wasn't a simple congestion, it was a long-term, probably fungus, infection that had closed up the opening between the sinus and nose/throat. When the pressure built up the pain was almost unbearable (well, unbearable as I couldn't sleep, and certainly couldn't do any work during the "episodes"). I have all the parts to make several units of Tom Miller's version of the blood purifier (bioelectrifier).
