As much as my athlete's foot goes away completely for several months after a single application of CS spray, data I've just acquired shows oil of oregano (REAL OREGANO, NOT COMMERCIAL THYME OIL) to be excellent for this and a couple of hundred other applications, including toenail fungus (Candida) too.
(Read: The Cure Is In The Cupboard) It says that infection by dermatophytes is usually chronic, so may take a time before the infection is terminated. Otherwise you may wish to put a squirt of DMSO in the CS to make it penetrate the skin better. You won't know you're cured until the skin (or the nail) grows out.
