Hello again to everyone.......wow....I'm really thankful for all the advice
I got.......this whole thing is really a traumatic thing for me..being able
to do things...and then not being able to do them.....and I'm a
pilot.....currently in school full time....and its about to come to a
screeching hault if I don't get this under control soon....both of my
shoulders are already "crunching" when I do certain things...and I'm only
36.....my shoulders are worse than my knees...my knees just feel sorta
bruised....?.....sometimes my right shoulder almost feels dislocated when I
lie down on it..........so this has gone far enough!!!!...........I'm going
to take all of this advice to heart...and any more that you can
give......you have no idea how thankfull I am for all of this........Robb

if you weigh 140, divide that by 2 = 70. that is 70 ounces of water a day.
70 / 8 = 8 3/4 glasses of water a day. that's not too bad.
