At last! I finally found what I was looking for. Please understand I am
not saying this is gospel; I AM saying, however, that "Dr. Mercola

Here is the part that specifically relates to the CS. But of course, it's
always better to read the whole thing than merely take something out of
context. He suggests getting our immune systems strong to start with. That
said, here it is, and as I said before, the CS mention is merely a blip.
