That statement is totally meaningless. Where is the data? How was the experiment preformed? What was the ppm and nature of the colloid? Was the anthrax in the active stage or the spore stage? Was the culture in a gel with the CS. We know that CS does not do anything inside of a gel since it has no mobility.
