Val Drugstore.com sells the Omron Nebulizer for $54.95. I have purchased 4 of these for friends that do not have internet access. They can be purchased without prescription, and they work very well. One person cleared up his pneumonia, my sister is presently using one for her lung cancer and in her last report the tumor had reduced in size.
