Yes, you can.  I have been on the "water cure" for 5 weeks now. ( I weigh
200, drink 12 8-0z glasses per day, 6 before breakfast) At first it seemed
impossible to do.  Within a week became acceptable.  At first, peing was
"constant" but soon leveled out also. Knees stopped tingling, blood pressure
went down, heatburn stopped -- etc. Please look over
