Marshall: I found at least one reference that stipulates that swimming pool 
water can be cleansed with 40 PPB CS and 300 PPB copper. Assuming a 
reasonable safety margin for both the CS and copper, we're probably talking 
about 10-20 PPB CS as still being somewhat active at least to prevent 
bacterial growth. That would constitute a dilution of about 200X-400X, or as 
low as a quarter ounce of 4 PPM CS in a gallon of water. Certainly still in 
the ballpark of a non-homeopathic CS concentration. Roger
