Yes. As I have pointed out before, if the CS kill rate exceeds the pathogen multiplication rate, it will not be able to survive in the long term. In nearly pure water there is so little nutrients for anything to consume, the multiplication rate will be extremely low, thus very small amounts of CS would be required. What I was referring to is the statement that shaking it up will make it stronger. That is typical of how a homeopathic is made, dilute and shake. Marshall
