I have a video from Japanese news, showing a diabetic man whose foot was to be amputated. They soaked his foot in acidic water made by one of the many "microwater" sorts of machines sold here. Also, he drank several liters of the alkaline water. This dramatically reduced his need for insulin. The acidic water totally eliminated the gangrene in his foot, and he walked out of the hospital. This was fact, not nonsense at all.
Good machines are available in Japan for under two hundred bucks. Not all produce the very high acid water, but I think one could buy this online somewhere at modest cost. I would try this ASAP.
