Noone seems to have suggested a combination of glucosamine sulphate and
chondroitin sulphate as well as the MSM.
You can find these already blended with a few other things sold under the
name Glucosamine combination or similar, but it must contain both
glucosamine sulphate and chondroitin sulphate; together they repair and
help
regow damaged or worn down cartilage. On their own, they will stop the
pain, but with the MSM (as Brooks explained) it seems to have a muliplying
effect and the results are quicker and the pain free state avvives faste.
Always take 1 1/2 glasses of water with a dose of MSM - 3 times a day and
you have 4 1/2 of your daily requirement.
Here in Oz I see that the glucosamine sulphate and chondroitin sulphate mix
is being advertised as repairing cartilage in TV ad. - a blue squiggly
thing like a caterpillar grows and there miraculously is an attachment
between the two large bones in the knee!!
Er.. I don't think it really is blue...;)
